This lab is the collection step, opened to the public. Choose one of three interview lenses — Operations, Finance & Admin, or Customer-Facing — and the agent will ask about how work really enters, moves, waits, and breaks in your business. It asks; it doesn't advise. At the end it plays back the flow it mapped, the bottleneck it would flag first, and one thing a real diagnostic would have to verify against actual artifacts. Three minutes here is a taste of the method, not a diagnostic — a full X-Ray covers 10 to 30 people across up to 5 areas and ends in a decision workshop.
