Construction Bid Management Platform

General contractor was managing bids, subcontractor communications, project documents, and timelines across email, spreadsheets, and Dropbox. No visibility into project status or approval workflows. We built a custom Next.js application with role-based access for project managers, subcontractors, and clients. Features include bid comparison tools, document version control, approval workflows, automated notifications, timeline tracking, and budget vs. actual reporting. Everything accessible from desktop or mobile.
