Inventory Management AI Assistant

Retailer selling on Shopify, Amazon, and in-store had inventory scattered across 3 warehouses and multiple systems. Checking stock levels required logging into warehouse management system, Shopify, and ShipStation separately. Reorder decisions were guesswork. We built an MCP server connecting their WMS database, Shopify, and ShipStation APIs to ChatGPT. Team now asks: 'What items are below 10 units?', 'Show me sales velocity for winter jackets', 'Which products should I reorder this week?', or 'Transfer 50 units of SKU-123 from warehouse A to B'. ChatGPT handles it all.
