Operational X-Ray — AI Process Diagnostic

Operational X-Ray is a fixed-scope process diagnostic. We interview the people who actually do the work — voice-led, in English, Spanish, or Portuguese — reconcile what they tell us against real artifacts, and hand you an executive brief, an aggregated map of processes and bottlenecks, a prioritized backlog, and a 30/60/90-day plan. It analyzes systems and processes, never individual performance.

See the operation as it really runs
Not the org chart, and not what the last consultant wrote down — the actual flow, described by the people doing the work, organized so you can read it in one sitting.
Automate the right problem
Most failed AI and automation projects solved something that wasn't the bottleneck. The diagnostic tells you where technology pays off, and just as importantly, where it doesn't.
Evidence you can trace
Every material finding carries its source and a confidence level. When a claim is uncertain, it says so, instead of dressing an estimate up as a measurement.

Key Benefits

See the operation as it really runs

Not the org chart, and not what the last consultant wrote down — the actual flow, described by the people doing the work, organized so you can read it in one sitting.

Automate the right problem

Most failed AI and automation projects solved something that wasn't the bottleneck. The diagnostic tells you where technology pays off, and just as importantly, where it doesn't.

Evidence you can trace

Every material finding carries its source and a confidence level. When a claim is uncertain, it says so, instead of dressing an estimate up as a measurement.

A decision, not another report

The engagement closes with a working session where the sponsor and process owners accept, correct, and prioritize the map — and a 30/60/90-day plan with named owners.

Enterprise-Grade Quality

Built on 20+ years of experience with global enterprises like Nestlé, Bradesco, and BTG Pactual. Every solution follows industry best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.

FAQ

Common Questions About Operational X-Ray — AI Process Diagnostic

A fixed scope agreed up front: usually 10 to 30 people across up to 5 areas, one primary language with bilingual support where needed. Delivery lands 5 to 10 business days after the last valid interview.

That risk is designed out. The diagnostic analyzes systems and processes, not individuals. Findings are aggregated by default, employees are notified in advance, and results are never delivered as a performance ranking. Beyond the ethics, it's practical: if people don't trust the process, the interviews stop being useful.

Audio is stored encrypted and deleted once transcription and quality review are complete, unless you specifically need it kept. Raw audio and full individual transcripts are not standard deliverables. Retention, access, and deletion are documented per engagement.

Not on their own — and we don't pretend otherwise. Voice interviews are excellent for discovery and terrible for exact volumes. That's why the method adds working sessions and artifact collection to reconcile any number we report as a baseline.

Coverage and traceability. Talking to 20+ people across an operation is normally the expensive part; AI-assisted collection and analysis make that depth affordable in days rather than months, and every finding stays linked to the conversation it came from.

No. The 30/60/90-day plan is written so your team, MrTech, or any third party can execute it. The diagnostic is a standalone deliverable, not a sales funnel with a mandatory second step.

English, Spanish, and Portuguese — including mixed-language teams, where each person is interviewed in the language they're most comfortable with.
