When a call goes beyond what the agent can handle, it captures the caller's info and routes to the right team member the next business day. **Invoice Automation — Back-Office Relief** Vendor invoices from plumbers, electricians, landscapers, and contractors were consuming 15+ hours per week of manual data entry. We built an AI-powered document pipeline using the Claude API and OCR that extracts vendor info, amounts, dates, and line items automatically, validates against the vendor database, flags duplicates, and syncs directly to QuickBooks — no human typing required.
